It is caused due to abnormality in hormone levels that has various causes viz hereditary, diet, lifestyle et al. No you don't.Tiredness and feeling unwell are not breast cancer symptoms; pain is rarely a symptom of breast cancer – most people diagnosed with it have felt no pain at all.Early breast cancer usually has no symptoms; by the time a lump is discovered the cancer has usually been developing for some time, sometimes several years.I felt fit and well when I found a lump which turned out to be stage 3 breast cancer. 2 years ago Thank you. Regardless of the situation, it is always a good idea let people we care about know that we are there for them should they EVER need anything. Maybe you can send her a card and just say. Breast cancer awareness campaigns and BC Awareness Month started as a campaign by ordinary women, many of them with cancer, to raise awareness so that people knew the symptoms, examined themselves regularly, attended their routine mammograms etc. Enthusiastic participation and hard work by women made it grow into something nationally, then internationally, recognised (and then big business cashed in). Any group of people can start such an awareness campaign for any illness.There are other cancer awareness months, ribbons etc; but no cancer campaign has had the sheer hard work put into it that breast cancer awareness has.Big business turned public enthusiasm for breast cancer awareness into a marketing opportunity, often with around 1% of the cost of the specially made pink stuff you see at this time of year going to breast cancer charities, the rest into the retailers’ pockets. However, there are different things that increase risk of developing breast cancer some day in the distant future, and there are things that decrease risk too.Early breast development means you're at higher than average risk, but that risk is still very low. Being skinny and eating a low fat diet also means that risk is lower. Not smoking or drinking alcohol lowers risk. My mom has been on Herceptin for years (originally diagnosed 12 years ago, on 6th diagnoses of metastatic breast cancer) and cancer was found in her liver last year, and in her colon this year. I know her liver enzyme tests aren't coming back good (don't know if that's the same test you're meaning) but they haven't linked anything to the Herceptin. 1 year ago good informative answer

The problem is that once you get breast cancer you have to decide what form of treatment you will get and this is not an easy decision.If you choose chemotherapy, you have a 1.4% chance of surviving breast cancer in 5 years. In many cases the so called "cure" is worse than the disease itself.It has been found now that a lot of breast cancer comes from bad teeth and bad dental work. Dr. Thomas Rau, who runs the Paracelsus Clinic (cancer clinic since 1958) in Switzerland recently checked the records of the last 150 breast cancer patients treated in his clinic. He found that 147 of them (98%) had one or more root canal teeth on the same meridian as the original breast cancer tumor. His clinic has a biological dentist section where all cancer patients, on reporting in, have their mouth cleaned up first — especially all root canal teeth removed. There are about 24 million root canals done in the U.S. alone every year. They were proven deadly disease agents in 1925 in a study by Dr. Weston Price and 60 prominent researchers. That study has been suppressed ever since by the ADA and the American Association of Endodontists (AAE). Read the book "Root Canal Cover-Up" by George Meinig, DDS, FACD for the full story. Dr. Meinig was an endodontist for 50 years. He helped found the AAE in 1943. His book is a mea culpa (apology) to the thousands of patients whose health he ruined doing root canal fillings. He discovered the Weston Price research only after he retired in 1993. His book was published first in 1994 and he has lectured widely since then trying to alert people to this danger to their health. The Weston Price conclusions (i. e. that there is no safe way to do a root canal filling) track with my experience with counselling cancer patients for the last 8 years.It was found recently that there was a reduction in breast cancer patients that paralleled women stopping the use of Hormone Therapy. Birth control pills are synthetic hormone therapy. Isn't interesting that breast cancer has increased at approximately the same rate of women using birth control pills? Do you really trust drug companies? Last year 106,000 people died in hospitals from drugs that were doctor prescribed, FDA approved for the ailment the drugs were designed to treat. We lost about 1,000 soldiers in Iraq, but 106,000 people in hospitals in America.
